The company is continuously expanding and developing, forming new strategic partnerships, and gearing up for sharing some big news! In addition, our exhibition and presentation of products and services at ICE London 2022 is approaching, for which we are carefully preparing and waiting to network with all our partners. Take us through a normal working day at Soft2Bet – How does the day go by?

If we talk about our company's employees, it all depends on the department, actually. On an average day of work, everyone starts things off by checking their emails. This way, the workers can reply to clients and get everything arranged at the beginning of the day. Then, we look over the to-do lists and get started on the projects that have the highest priority. After that, some attend meetings with both other teams and external companies to improve operations. Everyone goes about their tasks, where the primary goal is to enhance the services that Soft2Bet delivers.

2021 was a challenging year – What were your biggest challenges?

When it comes to gambling licenses, we can proudly say that 2021 was a productive year for us. As a reward for a job well done, we received a DGA license at the end of the year. However, it is important to note that every country and jurisdiction that offers a gambling license requires has different requirements and documentation. Nonetheless, Soft2Bet has managed to overcome these matters and is now in the process of applying for additional licenses.

When it comes to implementing payment solutions, you guys handle payment systems, fraud prevention, and KYCs – how about crypto? Do you see the crypto casinos being the future of online gambling?

At the moment, Soft2Bet does not work with cryptocurrency payment methods. However, it is something we consider doing in the near future. While we do have many traditional payment methods that we accept and provide to players, cryptocurrencies have definitely grown in popularity. As many players prefer them since they are fast and reliable, we will try to bring them the same convenience and meet their needs.
