Senior B2B Account Manager

Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team of over 1,000 people, with offices in Cyprus (headquarters), Malta, and Bulgaria.

As Soft2bet is growing and conquering new markets, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the B2B team here in Malta.  

Requirements
  • 5+years experience within B2B Account management
  • Previous experience within the iGaming/IT sector
  • Must be good with numbers
  • Have great communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Achieve financial targets set for the client account through projects and contract renewals
  • Be responsible and accountable for any commercial related matters
  • Oversee the service delivery from all the relevant teams, making sure that Soft2bet is adhering to the company SLA's and contractual agreements
  • Knowledge transfer, both to clients and internally, provide insights into the client's business model and likewise assist clients in understanding Soft2bet's processes and workflows
  • Be the ambassador of the client internally within Soft2bet
  • Ensuring excellent client satisfaction results through careful management
  • Understand Soft2bet products to be able to identify any opportunities
  • Present client account reporting to the B2B Director and c-level
