Soft2Bet is a rapidly growing and dynamic casino and sportsbook B2B platform provider and operator. We offer a full range of Tech and Gaming solutions, turning our partners’ concepts into reality! Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team with offices in Cyprus and Malta.

The Director of Payments will work closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners in relation to payments and related product developments, to optimise the current platforms and deliver a new payments platform.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Payments in an eCommerce setting
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • in-depth knowledge of the payments and fraud ecosystems including: International markets, regulatory constraints and opportunities, PSD2, end to end processes such as authorisation, settlement and reconciliation
  • Proven experience for working with different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data management tools, to be able to set and monitor performance targets, analyze customer behavior and create optimisations as a results
  • At least 3 years experience as a team/department management
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: Relationship management
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish, set and execute Payment strategy to meet revenue and profit targets
  • Establish and set an operational KPI’s whilst ensuring that those KPIs including timely and accurate reporting to the business are delivered through the teams.
  • Directly responsible for the performance and development of payments team including the training.
  • Manage the roadmap and lifecycle of the organisations products and associated features with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
  • Ongoing analysis of competitors, customers and product usage and delivery capability to ensure the right products and services are delivered as required and to schedule
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of payment channels.
  • Manage key stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Risk and Fraud, Systems Support and the Customer Helplines, and incorporate their requirements into the payments product
  • Form strong relationship with payments partners, card schemes and Fintech’s
  • Make the payments team the leading payment team in the industry
