Customer Insight Analyst


Soft2Bet is a rapidly growing and dynamic casino and sportsbook B2B platform provider and operator. We offer a full range of Tech and Gaming solutions, turning our partners’ concepts into reality! Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team with offices in Cyprus and Malta.

We are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst. In this role you will be working closely with marketing, CRM and VIP teams, aiding in maximising revenue growth based on the group's strategy.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings
  • Proactive, results driven and hands-on approach towards problem solving
  • Excellent English communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and actions to the various business teams and decision makers
  • Perform in-depth analysis on marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the CRM team ensuring best in class targeting and post analysis
  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations on VIP player's performance and behaviour
  • Provide actual vs target analysis helping internal teams in setting and achieving targets
  • Introduce a segmentation model based on player behaviour
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc analysis
  • Analyse daily/weekly/monthly KPI performance
  • Collaborate with the data teams to improve the overall BI and analytics offering
