Casino Manager

Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team with offices in Cyprus and Malta.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Casino Manager to oversee and lead our online casino operations and supplier relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online casino platform, including game selection, player retention, and promotions, to ensure the continued growth and success of our online casino brand.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in online casino management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including trends, technologies, and player preferences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of casino games and gaming regulations in Malta.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities/skills include:

  • Build/ Maintain vital partner relationships both online and in face-2-face
  • Analytically driven, essential to have an eye for data and create strategic plans to grow individual accounts
  • Negotiationally adept - acquire exclusive content as well as discount packages
  • Organised planning - managing game positions across sites to support our top partners as well as initiate growth of new contracts
  • Roadmap and game knowledge - responsible for promotional games roadmap being the expert on new releases which involves liaising with multiple teams daily
