• Strong understanding of the online gaming industry and platform technologies, specifically affiliate programs
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Manage and maintain relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  
• Act as the main point of contact for technical support involving affiliate systems
  
• Identify issues and problem solve customer demands where appropriate
  
• Communicate regularly with internal and external parties
  
• Be able to provide demos and technical assistance where required
  
• Be comfortable with providing updates and releases of the product or roadmaps
