A cross-platform mobile app for IOS was launched. This cross-platform, or multiplatform, approach allows us to create apps that will run similarly in different regions, in accordance with the different regulations.
A single entry point for all B2C projects was created. A single entry point in incident management is important because it helps to ensure that all incidents are reported and tracked in a consistent and organised manner. This allows for a more efficient and effective incident response process, as all incidents can be quickly and easily located and assigned to the appropriate personnel for resolution. Additionally, a single entry point can help to prevent incidents from falling through the cracks and going unresolved.

51 incidents were created so far (out of these - 16 were Fast Line priority).
49 incidents were resolved (out of these - 14 were Fast Line priority).
The auto bonuses were used for Betinia in the December calendar. The goal was to increase the APAD, the Active Players and the Casino Turnover.
The result for December compared to November is:
An +8.6% increase in APAD;
A +10% increase in Active players;

Additional Christmas and New Year Weekend Reload Bonuses (outside of the calendar) were added on all brands from 23 - 25 Dec and 30 Dec - 1 Jan. The goal was to increase the Total Deposited Amount during the promo periods compared to the same weekends in Nov.

A 7.4% increase in the TDA during the Christmas weekend;
A 4.3% increase in the TDA during the New Year weekend.
Player Profiling was introduced across all brands, giving valuable insight into individual customer behaviour. This includes a split between live/pre-match, singles/combinations and an overview of sport and competition level performance for each customer. With further development, this will enable us to better manage risk in real time and to identify VIP customers.
