Swedish Customer Support (native)

Soft2bet continues to grow! Recently we’ve received Swedish license for our products and now we’re looking for Swedish Customer support agents (native) to join our team and help our customers receive the best service.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers 
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers


Experience and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal Swedish and English skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in multitasking environment
  • Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
