Soft2bet is growing tremendously and we continue to conquer new countries! Now we're looking for a Spanish Customer Support to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

Requirements:
✔️Fluent in Spanish, desirable experience with native speakers
✔️Competent English spoken and written language

Duties and opportunities
✔️Customer support in Spanish chat rooms, email correspondence
✔️Consulting, service support using scripts and templates to identify the problem
✔️Analysis of the client's problem and search for possible solutions, transfer of information to specialized departments
