Senior Banking Relationship Manager

We’re searching for an experienced Senior of Banking Relation Manager to join our company

✅Duties and opportunities:

✔️Extend the network of bank accounts worldwide;
✔️Build and develop new banking relationships based on the needs of the business;
✔️Assess the array of banks’ products and services;
✔️Negotiate the terms  of banking services, including applicable bank fees and charges;
✔️Find cost effective solutions (EMIs, PIs, Banks) to serve operational needs of the
✔️Manage relationships with existing and new key contacts at partner banks;
✔️Evaluate and monitor existing and new financial institutions in regards to their rating,
reputation, licensing, financial position, scope of services, fees and other parameters;
✔️Deal with banks, their reporting requirements and service the relationships, while
developing a strong understanding of their internal requirements and regulations;
✔️Advise on effective routing of payments depending on the preferences of the banks and
business needs of the Group;
✔️Coordinate regular reviews, maintaining appropriate AML/KYC files;
✔️Cooperation with relevant departments for the collection/creation of all necessary
information to fulfill requests of the banks;
✔️Control over the onboarding process and provision of KYC and Due Diligence
documentation to the banks;
✔️Provide assistance on banking requirements for the new businesses/entities of the
✔️Work closely with Payment Team to keep up smooth operational activity of the accounts
and provide ad hoc assistance to fulfill requests of the banks in regards to transactions.


✔️More than 3 years of work experience in a similar position or as KYC/AML/
Account Manager in EU regulated financial institutions or consulting companies as
a Banking Relationships specialist;
✔️Knowledge and experience in the financial services industry with strong
operational understanding of the financial business;
✔️Good knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT requirements;
✔️Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance preferred;
✔️Experience in Business Development / B2B sales preferred;
✔️Ability to negotiate and influence actions in a professional and effective manner;
✔️English - native or fluent, Russian language considered as an advantage;
✔️Availability to travel when needed;
✔️Ability to work under pressure and think strategically;
✔️Ability of multitasking.
