Requirements:

✔️ Speaking English and Polish Languages is a must;
✔️ Multitasking and time-managing;
✔️ Productivity and flexibility;
✔️ 2+ years’ experience in Gambling business;
✔️ 1+ experience in portfolio managing;
✔️ Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
✔️ Be patient & have negotiation skills;
✔️ Able to analyse customers’ behavior and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
✔️ Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products;
✔️ Monitor customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
✔️ Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
