Requirements:
✔️ 2+ years’ experience in the Gambling business;
✔️ 1+ experience in portfolio managing;
✔️ Being able to search and find solutions to customers’ issues;
✔️ Be patient & have negotiation skills;
✔️ Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products;
✔️ Native/Fluent Polish Language;
✔️ Good English Language Skills;
✔️ Multitasking;
✔️ Time-managing;
✔️ Proactiveness;
✔️ Flexibility;

Responsibilities:
✔️ Able to analyze customers’ behaviour and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
✔️ Being able to search and find solutions to customers’ issues
✔️ Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
✔️ Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
