Norwegian Customer Support (native)

Soft2bet is growing tremendously and we continue to conquer new countries! Now we're looking for a Norwegian Customer Support (native) to join our team and make your own contribution to our products.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers 
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers


Experience and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal Norwegian and English skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in multitasking environment
  • Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
