Live Casino Manager


Job Description

  • The leadership of Daily Live Casino operations tasks – ensuring timely task delivery and escalation of issues to HOC when required.
  • Proactive looking for ways to streamline existing and develop new processes in relation to Live Casino Operations
  • Escalation of more serious tech issues to HOC and assist in the brief and a follow up on the relevant tech request
  • Collecting and keeping up to date of Live Casino supplier roadmaps as well as network and sponsored promotions details
  • Daily/Monthly KPIs monitoring; focusing on supplier, specific table or individual High Roller performance
  • Develop a reporting framework for Live Casino product performance and new releases and maintain reporting responsibilities on weekly and monthly bases
  • Monitoring of game performance and suggestions of the most optimal product positioning onsite for each market
  • Promoting the most interesting product releases and creating optimised promotions for a multi-brand strategy.
  • Working closely with CRM and VIP to ensure timely, segmented and relevant communications to Live Casino players
  • Assisting CRM in developing a communications strategy to grow Live Casino vertical and gain recognition for the ultimate live gaming experience for both casual players and High Rollers
  • Working closely with HOC and tech teams on continuous improvements and innovation to the Live Casino Product
  • Own all live casino business relationships with 3rd party content providers through regular meetings and skype calls
  • Hold initial content screening and intro meetings with potential new business partners
  • Attend industry conferences, supplier and industry events (when required)
  • Keeping up to date with industry news, Live casino product innovation and overall emerging and mobile technologies
  • Regular analysis of competitor activity in regards to Live Casino portfolio, supported devices, promotions and positioning as well as new product features and promo tools


  • Experience with a Live Casino Product (past experience from land-based Casino is highly desirable)
  • Deep understanding of Live Casino Games and Player Behaviour
  • Understanding of Casino Business KPIs and ability to monitor, analyse and draw conclusions from numbers
  • Experience/Understanding of CRM, promotions, segmentation and VIP Management (CRM execution and basic copywriting skills highly desirable)
