Lead System Administrator

Limassol (Сyprus)

We are looking for experiences and skilled Lead System Administrator to join our team on a lull-time basis!

✔️ Minimum year of experience as Support Team Lead (preferable in IT company);
✔️ Strong technical knowledges in next: Windows Server 2016-2019 (AD, GPO, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN etc.);
✔️ Experience working with scripting: bash, PowerShell;
✔️ Experience working with Windows OS, MacOS, *nix OS;
✔️ Experience working with VMware ESXI, Hyper-V, KVM etc.;
✔️ Experience working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE;
✔️ Understanding the principles of firewall;
✔️ Experience working with network equipment Mikrotik, Ubiquity Unifi etc.;

✔️ Basic security practices and experience with implementing and administration corporate IT tools;

✔️ English - Intermediate.

Nice to have:

✔️ Experience in working with RADIUS;

✔️ Experience with network monitoring tools;

✔️ Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms;

✔️ Self-actualized with good teamwork skills;

✔️ Great customer relations and good end user troubleshooting skills and service;

✔️ Good communication skills;

✔️ Attention to details.

Duties and opportunities

✔️ Supervising day-to-day operations department and staff members;
✔️ Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary;
✔️ Developing, reviewing, and improving systems, policies, and procedures;
✔️ Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment and properly maintained;
✔️ Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities;
✔️ Build processes to deliver highest quality and long term result;
✔️ Tracking and control of solving issues;
✔️ Technical support for office and remote employees;
✔️ Setting up new workstations for employees;
✔️ Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment;
✔️ Configuration and administration of office networks;
✔️ Control of user access to systems;
✔️ Administration macOS, Linux, Windows;
✔️ Purchase equipment;
✔️ Inventory of IT equipment;
✔️ Support internal Access Control System;
✔️ Troubleshooting.
