Responsibilities :

-1+ years’ experience in Gambling business;
-Experience in portfolio managing;
-Being able to search and find solutions to customers’ issues;
-Be patient & have negotiation skills;
-Able to analyze customers’ behaviour and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
-Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products;
-Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
-Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
