Also, support and help develop our office in Bulgaria.
✔️2+ years of experience (recruitment)
✔️Deep understanding of labor law

✅ Duties and opportunities
✔️The full cycle of recruitment;
✔️Onboarding for new employees;
✔️HR administration (contracts, employees files);
✔️Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date;
✔️Motivation &Retention of personnel;
✔️Corporate events organization;
✔️Weekly and monthly reporting to the HR Director;
✔️Labor market analysis;
✔️Payroll files preparation;
✔️Ensuring the office kitchen is well stocked up - drinks, treats, fruit etc
✔️Ensuring that the office environment is well cleaned-up by liaising with the cleaning company and
ensuring that the cleaning person is doing a good job, including any necessary Covid-19 sanitisation;
✔️Delivery and collection of any company documents from Maltese authorities;
✔️Responsibility for ensuring that an employee on-boarding package is available for new joiners.
