We are looking for a Casino CRM Manager

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 2+ years experience in gaming industry ​
✔️ Understanding of segmentation and how "Target” and “Control” groups work​
✔️ Knowledge of players bonuses and incentives ​
✔️ Successful track record of implementing CRM casino  campaigns ​
✔️ Experience in planning and production phases of Conversion, Retention and Reactivation casino campaigns (personalised offers, tournaments, challenges, missions).​
✔️ Experience working with Optimove is considered a plus​
✔️ Support launching and activating new brands​
✔️ High attention to details and pro-active, “I can do” attitude
✔️ English - Advanced

✅Duties and opportunities
✔️ Managing the planning and production of CRM promotional campaigns and activities for Casino vertical.  
✔️ Working closely together with the Country, Product and Compliance teams to ensure that offers and the content are accurate, locally appealing and compliant.
✔️ Defining and improving segmentation based on customer preferences and behaviour and optimizing journeys for each microsegment.  
✔️ Continually identifying trends and opportunities within customer data to ensure maximum conversion rates, customer retention and lifetime values.  
✔️ Evaluating campaigns performance, compiling weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on CRM performance against established KPIs and working together with Country
✔️ Managers to ensure that retention KPIs are maximised.  
✔️ Striving to automate communications, positive ROI campaigns and other CRM activities. ​
✔️ Ensuring best online gaming functionality by continually perform quality and A/B testing. ​
✔️ Working closely with Country Managers to ensure alignment on accurate local and global events calendar and related communications.  
✔️ Performing other tasks as assigned when needed.
