Scope of Work :

  • Delivery of CRM activity across group brands – including e-mail, direct mail,
  • Write copy for customer communication in native language, Emails and Landing Pages
  • Proofing campaign material and ensuring that quality standards are met
  • Setup Bonuses using back-office tools Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand guidelines as well as Best Practice and that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation
  • Prepare informational landing pages and set up player journeys experience
  • Manage workload effectively and unsupervised
  • Performance testing and optimisation, Track all campaigns and report performance on a regular basis
  • QA, and error checking of communication setups, CRM promotions and product-specific promotions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry
  • Experience of actively using and optimising CRM techniques including segmentation, campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
  • Good IT skills including strong experience of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM channels; email, SMS, web push
