Soft2Bet is looking for Casino Operations Team Lead.

 


Requirements:
✔️At least 3 years of experience in managing a team
✔️At least 5 years of experience in Casino Operations for a multi brand company
✔️High attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks effectively
✔️Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
✔️Able to operate with passion and create an environment for commitment
✔️Experience in understanding and impacting customer behavior
✔️Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team


Duties and opportunities
✔️Actively manage the workload of the Casino Operations team and
distribute the tasks between the team members
✔️Prioritize the ongoing tasks to maximize the output of the team
✔️Report on the main KPI’s and the progress of high priority tasks on a
weekly and monthly basis to the Management team
✔ Coordinate the tasks of the Casino team with Product, Account Management and Acquisition teams
✔️ Participate in the selection of casino software for future integrations
✔️ Support the Operations team in the daily activities as and when needed
✔️ Handle high priority tasks personally
