Brand Manager actively participates in retaining the clients, building a strategy, development of the brand, including advertising, social media, content, CRM, customer service etc
Works on increasing such indicators as player lifetime, deposits, and wagering values of all player groups etc.
- Higher education
- Knowledge of iGaming industry is a plus
- Knowledge how to retain clients effectively, analyze and understand their behaviour;
- Good communication skills, strong analytical skills
- English: upper intermediate (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years experience in iGaming or other live service environments
Abilities: ability to negotiate, be decisive;
Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team and be proactive;
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: responsible, sociable, well-organized
- Developing the branding strategy;
- Interpret and analyze data to determine the best solution;
- Liaising with BI and promotions analytics team to ensure promotions and bonuses are refined to be both effective and cost-efficient;
- Raising any ad hoc BI requests to gain insight into player behavior and activity.
