The Key Affiliate Manager will work alongside the Affiliate Business Development team and manage/nurture high potential Affiliate Accounts


  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate management in iGaming
  • Great communicator
  • Methodical, numbers-driven and well organized
  • Open and responsive problem-solving skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Be proactive and motivate others when necessary
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage
  • Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’
  • A team player can work independently but likes to work with a team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high potential affiliate accounts
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness
  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
  • Optimize ads and landing pages to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Lead Business Development strategy with Affiliate Business Development Team
  • Consult/maintain quality of affiliate content and communications across all brands
  • Plan and execute retention/reactivation affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Content management for design creatives across all brand affiliate campaigns
  • Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of Key affiliate partners
