We are looking for an VIP Account Manager with CZ, SL, SK Languageswho will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and CZ, SL, SK both written and spoken
Proactive person with good support / sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to details
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues
Able to analyse customers’ behavior and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
Monitor customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting
Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
