Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team of over 1,000 people, with offices in Cyprus (headquarters), Malta, and Bulgaria.

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of App Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention and engagement for our mobile apps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, user behavior, and market trends

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • +5 years of experience in app marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement and +2 years of iGaming experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing user data via MMPs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a team of marketing professionals and agencies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience with app store optimization (ASO) 
  • Strong understanding of mobile app metrics and analytics tools (e.g., App Store, Play Store, Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc.)
  • High proficiency in reporting, analysis of campaign and optimisation

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for the mobile app to drive user acquisition, retention and engagement and grow company’s app acquisition efforts
  • Analyze user behavior and app data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and execute app acquisition campaigns across various app platforms
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize the app user experience and increase user engagement
  • Deliver successful marketing campaigns on time and within budget across multiple brands and markets
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to app performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify new partnership opportunities and drive growth for the mobile app
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app marketing
