Marketing Director


Soft2Bet is a rapidly growing and dynamic casino and sportsbook B2B platform provider and operator. We offer a full range of Tech and Gaming solutions, turning our partners’ concepts into reality! Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team with offices in Cyprus and Malta.

We are looking for Marketing Director who will develop, manage, and execute innovative marketing strategies and grow the business by delivering creative, customer-focused approaches.

  • 10 + years of experience leading successful marketing teams across the globe in iGaming industry.
  • 5+ years of successful Acquisition experience
  • Expertise in developing B2B and B2C marketing strategies in geographically decentralized locations across the globe.  
  • Experience working in a fast moving, rapid growth start-up environment.
  • An enthusiastic and confident attitude to allow you to build relationships effectively.
  • Ability to develop and foster exceptional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Inspirational, motivational, and collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring and developing marketing teams.
  • Proven success building brands, expanding market share, and generating revenue through setting an effective marketing vision and supporting strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic thought leader developing global marketing strategies, resulting in expanded market share, reaching new locations and increasing brand awareness.
  • Be responsible for marketing functions including CRM, Content, Brand, PR, Affiliates and Acquisition.
  • Engage a team approach that will leverage insights and measurement across every channel, looking to optimize campaign efforts in an ongoing effort to learn and improve on previous campaign efforts
  • Take full ownership of the marketing budget, with a focus on ROI.
  • Ensure strong local adaptations of a multi-brand portfolio strategy.
  • Inspire, lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary global team.
  • Develop comprehensive digital strategy to expand customer acquisition & retention channels. Bring best practices into the team based on both industry case studies and personal experience in previous roles.
  • Create the story behind the brand – select and execute campaigns, digital media, ensuring consistent branding across all channels while also leveraging global best practices and opportunities for geo-specific executions.
  • Accelerate the digital journey and continue growing online commercial results through a robust online presence.
