Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team with offices in Cyprus and Malta.

We are looking for a Business Insight Analyst focusing on Commercial and business KPIs. In this role you will focus on KPIs, targets and budgets, maximising revenue growth based on the group's strategy.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent SQL and Excel skills
Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings
Proactive, results driven and hands-on approach towards problem solving
Excellent English communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide data-driven recommendations and actions to the various business teams and decision makers
In-depth analysis focusing on different commercial regions
Provide actual vs target analysis helping internal teams in setting and achieving targets
Create and support a budget model with Marketing and Finance for monthly and Quarterly targets
Support senior management with ad-hoc analysis
Analyse daily/weekly/monthly KPI performance
Collaborate with the data teams to improve the overall BI and analytics offering
